Kink, ENM & Relationship Diversity
Affirming therapy for kink, poly, open, ENM and relationship-anarchist folks, and every relationship you've built on purpose. You bring the full picture. You decide what we work on.
What's different here
Kink and non-monogamy aren't symptoms. I won't assume your relationship structure is the source of your distress, unless you tell me it is.
Metamours, hierarchy, compersion, negotiation, aftercare, protocols. I know the language, so your session stays yours.
Some people come to work on their relationships. Others come for something else entirely and just need a therapist who won't get distracted by them.
Who this is for
What we can work on
Pacing, agreements and the fears nobody says out loud, worked through before they turn into ruptures.
Understood, not shamed. The part of you that feels jealous is usually protecting something important.
Facilitated sessions to put your values, agreements and boundaries into words everyone can actually live with.
Communication, conflict and repair across a network of relationships, not just between two people.
Exploring desire, integrating kink into your sense of self, and deciding who gets to know.
Including religious, cultural and family messages you absorbed long before you had words for what you wanted.
When partners want different things, and both of you deserve to be taken seriously.
Consent violations in a scene or a relationship are trauma, and they're treated with the same care as any other.
How I work
I draw on Internal Family Systems to get curious about the parts of you that feel scared, possessive or ashamed, instead of fighting them. Emotionally Focused Therapy helps with attachment across more than one relationship. When old wounds are running the show, EMDR and Brainspotting help us process what's underneath.
I'm currently completing sex therapy certification through the Sexual Health Alliance, an AASECT-approved program, so this work rests on formal training, not just good intentions.
At every intersection
Your race, gender, sexuality, neurotype and history all shape how you love and what you need. Black kinky folks, queer polycules, neurodivergent people navigating ENM: your care should hold all of it at once.
Ways to work together
No. My job is to help you build the relationships you actually want, not the ones someone else thinks you should have.
Yes. Relationship therapy is open to any configuration. Each person attending needs to be located in one of the six states where I practice (AZ, GA, IN, LA, MN or OH) during the session.
Absolutely. Plenty of people come to explore what they want, untangle old messages about desire, or heal from a past relationship before starting the next one.
Yes, within the standard legal and ethical limits I'll walk you through at intake. Your sessions are held on a secure telehealth platform.
