Neurodivergent · Neuroaffirming Care
Neuroaffirming therapy for ADHD, autistic and otherwise neurodivergent adults, whether you're diagnosed, self-identified or still wondering. No masking required.
What's different here
Stim, fidget, pace, take breaks, info-dump. Sessions bend to your nervous system, not the other way around.
You don't need a formal diagnosis to be taken seriously or to get support that fits.
Tools designed around how your executive function actually works, not a neurotypical planner with a new cover.
Who this is for
What we can work on
Time, tasks, transitions and follow-through, with systems that work for your brain.
The relief, the grief and the work of rereading your whole story with new information.
The exhaustion of passing as neurotypical, and recovering from autistic and ADHD burnout.
Big feelings, rejection sensitivity and shutdowns, met with understanding instead of judgment.
Understanding your sensory profile and shaping your environment around it.
Including mixed-neurotype partnerships, where both ways of thinking deserve respect.
Figuring out what you need and advocating for it, with support in your corner.
Years of being told you're too much or not enough can leave a mark. We work on that too.
How I work
I'm an ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider, and I adapt how we work to how you think. That can mean visual tools, movement, shorter check-ins or recaps, whatever helps the work stick.
Many neurodivergent adults also carry trauma from years of being misunderstood, corrected or left out. Internal Family Systems, EMDR and Brainspotting help with that layer, and adapted CBT and DBT skills give you practical tools that fit your life.
At every intersection
ADHD and autism have long been missed in women, in Black and BIPOC folks, and in queer and trans people, often mislabeled as attitude, anxiety or not trying hard enough. Your neurotype lives alongside your race, gender, sexuality and relationships, and your care holds all of it.
